Audi UK has awarded Rapiergroup a two-year contract to deliver their Goodwood Festival of Speed Guest, Staff and Hospitality Management following a competitive pitch at the end of last year.
Goodwood is one of England’s greatest sporting estates and hosts the internationally famous Festival of Speed, one of the largest events in the British sporting and social calendar. Now the largest and greatest celebration of car culture in the world, the Festival of Speed attracts the most famous and accomplished drivers, in the world’s rarest and most exotic machinery, to compete up Goodwood’s legendary hill climb.
Rapiergroup will manage two core areas of Audi UK’s presence at the festival this June. This will include the creative theming, design and delegate logistics of their exclusive customer hospitality retreat – The Audi Orangery, and management of 140 Audi volunteers working at The Audi Pavilion..
The Rapiergroup events team will seamlessly manage all registration, ticketing, transportation , and accommodation requirements for Audi volunteers and guests of Audi, including the management of five hotels during the four-day event.
