Rather than selling to external investors, we’ve chosen a path that secures our independence and rewards the incredible team who make Rapiergroup what it is.
This change means every employee now has a stake in our success, with a structure that promotes transparency, fairness, and shared purpose. Helen de Bois and Chris Whittaker remain in their leadership roles, having transferred their shareholdings to the Trust, a powerful commitment to our long-term vision.
